The problem of quotation marks usage in Russian language is considered as the component of written speech culture of general public users and the skill of the right usage of quotation marks is considered as the orthography and graphical metaskill. The special attention is paid to script-and-printed text execution. The kinds and the graphical variants of quotation marks are described, the dissentions and the holes in the practice of its usage and rules of usage are educed.

Studying of the term «word-formative meaning» in the modern school text-books on Russian language is analyzed in the article. The skill to point and formulate the component in the word meaning helps to form vision and understanding of semantic links, develops the flair to choose reasonably the productive word from the homogenous row and to do the word-formative analysis correctly.

Abstract

The article presents an analytical review of methods for diagnosing students' readiness for speech self-presentation, aimed at identifying the most effective of them. In the article methods of interrogation, ascertaining cut, didactic game are considered and examples of their application in diagnostic procedure are resulted. Each of these methods provided an assessment of one of the structural components of readiness for speech self-presentation in subjects, which allows us to conclude that a comprehensive diagnosis is necessary.
