METHODOLOGY AND EXPERIENCE
The article determines the difficulties of intonation studying in Russian language school course; illustrates some methods of studying of interrogative sentences intonation backed onto text listening in 5–6th forms; sums up the conditions of studying of interrogative sentences intonation backed onto text listening in school practice.
The article is dedicated to methodological resources of the narration script as the motivation for development of language activities and as the means of audio and multimedia demonstrativeness. The article offers kinds of auditory and home exercises on the ground of the narration script and presents the lesson of the preparation of the text for audio excursion about M.V. Nesterov’s picture “Videniye Otroku Varfolomeyu” (8th form).
The communicative approach to the syntactic synonyms studying is predicated in the article. Expressive capabilities of the contact syntactic synonyms in a literary text in different conditions of register organization are considered. It is concluded that such kind of repetitions are connected with subjective and verbal plane of a character.
The necessity of formation among the schoolchildren of notional and aesthetic text analysis skills is told about in FSES of basic general education demands. The article presents the abstract of a philology lesson for secondary forms such as the effort of linguistic analysis of the literary text (slow, critical reading).
OUT-OF-SCHOOL ACTIVITIES
The results of the final stage of the 22nd All-Russian Olympiad of School Students on Russian language are analyzed in the article. The authors adduce tasks that different forms pupils have carried out, determine difficulties they have had during answering the Olympiad questions.
METHODOLOGICAL HERITAGE
The article is dedicated to Filipp Fedorovich Fortunatov – the outstanding Russian linguist. Fortunatov’s ideas determined the further development of Russian linguistic thoughts. The new scientists generation developed his theory was formed by his works. The idea that school course should rest upon the modern linguistics achievements belongs to Fortunatov.
LITERARY TEXT ANALYSIS
Authors analyze language and style special aspects of A.N.Tolstoi’s story, with a particular focus on methods of characters image creation in a literary text.
The syntactic means of love theme representation such as syntactic parallelism, rhetorical question, homogeneous parts of the sentence, address nouns, punctuation marks system and others are considered in the article.
LINGUISTIC NOTES
The history of the adverb neobkhodimo (necessary) appearance (through the stage of short adjective and formation of it’s modal semantics is considered in the article. The way from the adjective neobkhodimyi that appeared in 17th century as characterfully speaking fact (in polemic texts by Avvakum) till calked meanings of European languages (German, French) is observed. The adverb is incorporated into the modal words group (nuzhno, nado, sleduet and others) that serve for expression of necessity grammatic meaning. The meaning was actively forming in the field of official and scientific literature in Russia in 18th century.
RUSSIAN LANGUAGE IN INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION
Speech accuracy degenerations in written works of bilingual students are analyzed in the article. The differentiation of mistakes is held and its’ reasons are specified.
LINGUISTIC HERITAGE
The article gives characteristics to special aspects of postreform orthography, analyzes events connected with its’ unification, sets the role of D.N. Ushakov in the process. It is described the activity of Orthographic commission of the People’s commissariat for education of the Russian SFSR ruled by D.N. Ushakov. His approaches to spelling normalization are specified. The influence of school “Orfograficheskii slovar” (“Spelling Dictionary”) by D.N. Ushakov on orthography practice is determined.
IN THE WORLD OF WORDS
The article is dedicated to the history of the word progress in Russian language. The priority attention is paid to the specifics of word using in Russian language of 19th century. The authors held the multifold linguistic describing the difficulties of the word semantics, it’s paradigmatic and syntagmatic links, functioning in different genres texts.
