Abstract
The lesson is oriented on the unlock of the culturological and communicative potential of address words, on teaching of address words using in the business language on the back of Russian’s traditions with a glance to communicative situations and communicators’ culture. The lesson is text-oriented as the pupils manage with literary, linguistic and business texts.
