CHTO GOVORIT! I GOVORIT, KAK PISHET!”: THE CONSISTENT APPROACH TO THE ORAL AND WRITTEN SPEECH TEACHING

Abstract

The reference of the oral speech teaching methodology and the written one is proved in the article on the basis of rhetorical approach. It is given the concise methodological recommendations on teaching of public argument speech as the stage for composition writing.
